Our US Operations team partners closely with merchants, creators, brands, and cross-functional teams to build high-growth business categories and create long-term value for both sellers and consumers. Responsibilities
- Develop category and business strategies by diagnosing key growth opportunities, structural challenges, and operational bottlenecks across TikTok Shop's Collectibles business.
- Partner closely with cross-functional (XFN) teams to define goals, pilot initiatives, and identify key areas for continuous improvement.
- Conduct data-driven analysis, competitor benchmarking, and hypothesis testing to solve business challenges and identify new growth opportunities.
- Work with product & tech teams to design scalable, tech-driven solutions that lower entry barriers for merchants and enhance overall platform competitiveness.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualification(s):
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to structure ambiguous business problems, develop hypotheses, and translate data into actionable strategic recommendations.
- Experience in e-Commerce strategy & operations, category management, management consulting, or business strategy, with a proven track record of driving strategic initiatives.
- Hands-on experience in project management and cross-functional collaboration, with the ability to execute solutions that drive measurable business impact.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with a structured and problem-solving mindset.

Preferred Qualification(s):
- A background in mathematics, statistics, business analytics, or related fields.
- Experience in high-growth, fast-paced environments, particularly within marketplace, e-commerce, consumer technology, or consumer goods sectors.

Job Information

[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $115520 - $258400 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.

Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
