In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive prompt and efficient resolutions to their inquiries and issues.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information to customers regarding product features, pricing, and technical specifications.
- Document customer interactions, including details of inquiries, complaints, and resolutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Track and follow up on customer inquiries and complaints to ensure timely resolution.
- Identify trends in customer issues and provide feedback to the product and development teams for continuous improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Languages preferred English, Tamil, Hindi.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using customer support software and CRM systems.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Experience - 0 - 1 years.
