About The Role

As a Senior Coordinator, you will drive impactful contributions and focus on outcomes. You will be a key member of the India Payroll Operations team, collaborating with Internal teams, manager, and other support groups for performing day to day activities pertaining to payroll processing for India location employees. This role will help you to understand the components of Payroll and reimbursements, and the relevant processes which serve as key deliverable to accomplish the payroll and ensure salary credit to India employees. You can work with our vibrant people and culture all while enjoying unmatched learning opportunities in areas such as taxation, accounting and reconciliations and statutory compliance.

In This Role, You Will

• Involve in transactional processing activities pertaining to salary and reimbursement.
• Learn the various reimbursable flexible benefit components approval and tax proof document approvals.
• Work on reconciliations and ensure accuracy in the activities done.

• Understand various components of Payroll, tax regime and taxation concepts.

Based on this role’s business requirements, this is a hybrid position requiring 2-3 days a week in a client or Cognizant office in MEPZ premises, Chennai, Tamil Nādu.
