About The Role
Provide governance, insight and assurance over share plan data and reporting, ensuring accurate decision-making, compliance and participant confidence. Routine report production should be automated or delivered through third party vendor (EquatePlus) where possible; this role focuses on data quality, controls and insight.
- Establish and maintain share plan data governance, quality standards and control frameworks
- Produce and interpret executive, regulatory and operational insights that support decision-making and compliance, including working with third-party vendors to tailor data reporting for our specific business needs
- Monitor data risks, control weaknesses and audit requirements, driving corrective actions where needed
- Partner with vendors, GBO/the Reward Hub teams and internal stakeholders to improve data flows between Diageo systems, reporting automation and analytics
- Support regulatory, tax, audit and governance reporting with accurate and defensible data
- Strong data management, reporting and controls experience;
- Advanced analytical capability
- Experience supporting governance, audit or compliance processes
- High attention to detail and understanding of confidential employee/equity data
- Understanding of share plan legislation, global taxation frameworks and regulatory requirements
- Experience managing complex share plan events such as grants, vestings, exercises and participant reporting
