About the role – key projects

• Build and manage our controlling, budgeting and forecasting processes
• Prepare monthly management reports and analyse financial performance
• Improve cash-flow, profitability and business KPI reporting
• Turn financial and operational data into actionable insights for management
• Improve data quality and automate recurring reports and processes
• Support strategic decisions, business cases and planning
• Cooperate with accounting, management and other teams

This is a hands-on role with the opportunity to build our finance function and potentially grow into a broader finance leadership position.

Your background

• You have at least 4 years of experience in controlling, FP&A, finance or a similar role
• You have strong financial modelling and analytical skills
• You are comfortable working with large datasets; SQL or BI experience is a plus
• You enjoy building and improving processes
• You take ownership and have an eye for detail
• Experience in fintech, banking or a scale-up is a plus
• You are fluent in Hungarian and English
