⚡ Role: Senior Quantitative Analyst

💰 Compensation: $140,000-$190,000 + Bonus

A leading energy marketing and trading firm is looking to add a Senior Quantitative Analyst to its Valuation team. Working closely with trading, origination, and risk, you'll develop valuation, forecasting, and quantitative models that support commercial decision-making across U.S. power markets.

This is an opportunity to work on complex energy derivatives, structured transactions, forward curves, volatility, and risk analytics in a highly analytical, front-office-facing environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain valuation and forecasting models

• Price and evaluate power derivatives and structured transactions

• Support traders and originators with pricing and valuation analysis

• Enhance forward curve, volatility, and risk models

• Conduct quantitative research across energy markets

• Build risk management tools and analytics

Candidate Profile

• 4+ years of quantitative or energy market experience

• Strong background in mathematics, statistics, finance, or a related field

• Experience developing quantitative models and coding solutions

• Understanding of energy markets, valuation, forecasting, and risk management

• Master's or PhD preferred
