Responsibilities

About the team
The Mall team is one of the mid-platform strategy teams for TikTok Shop Indonesia, responsible for the GMV scale of brand merchants. Through measures such as brand onboarding, merchant segmentation strategy, merchant policies, brand benefits, content strategy, and subsidy strategy, the team drives the healthy growth of brand merchants on TikTok Shop.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Collaborating with cross function teams to monitor, manage and execute resources utilization for JBP sellers;
- Monitor, estimate and manage JBP budget utilization;
- Work with industry teams and support their seller-level policy request to grow brands;
- From time to time, conduct analysis to develop growth strategy for brand sellers.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
- 2+ years of work experience.
- Strong teamwork skills, well-organized. Capable of managing timelines for multiple ongoing projects and aligning expectations with internal and external stakeholders.
- Solid data analytics proficiency. Skilled at Excel such as PivotTables, capable of processing large-volume datasets and deriving actionable insights.
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken) is required to operate effectively in an international business environment.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Proven working experience in a cross-cultural and multilingual work environment.
- Previous working experience in e-commerce platforms, strategy consulting, strategic analysis, or user research roles are preferred.
- Proficiency in SQL is a plus.
