Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze freight, shipment, carrier, transportation cost, service, and capacity data.
  • Build Power BI/Tableau dashboards, KPI reports, and Excel analysis.
  • Write SQL queries to analyze and combine transportation datasets.
  • Use INNER JOIN, LEFT JOIN, RIGHT JOIN, and FULL OUTER JOIN in SQL.
  • Track carrier, 3PL/LLP, and transportation performance.
  • Identify trends, data issues, cost opportunities, and process improvements.
  • Maintain accurate TMS and transportation reporting data.
  • Partner with Logistics, Procurement, Operations, carriers, and 3PLs.

Must Have

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Analytics, Data Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of transportation, logistics, supply chain, or operations analytics experience.
  • Strong Advanced Excel skills.
  • Hands-on SQL experience with JOINs, including INNER, LEFT, RIGHT, and FULL OUTER JOINs.
  • Experience with Power BI or Tableau.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Ability to work onsite in Westerville, OH.

Preferred

  • Freight/carrier/shipment analytics.
  • TMS experience.
  • 3PL/LLP experience.
  • Transportation KPI and cost analysis.
  • Continuous improvement experience.
  • Spanish is a plus.
