Job Summary

We are looking for a new IT Systems Administrator employee to be based in Tczew, Poland

Summary:

Primary Objective Ensure secure, reliable, and cost-effective IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, applications, and data protection services.

What a typical day looks like:

• Administer and maintain IT infrastructure, servers, systems, and business applications.
• Manage user access controls, permissions, and periodic access reviews.
• Ensure system availability, performance, security, and business continuity.
• Plan and coordinate infrastructure capacity, upgrades, and architectural changes.
• Support and coordinate IT-related projects and technical initiatives.
• Develop, maintain, and enforce IT security and operational procedures.
• Provide effective communication and support to system users and stakeholders.
• Make business-driven decisions to optimize IT services and operations.
• Plan and coordinate infrastructure capacity, upgrades, and architectural

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related technical field
• 2-5 years experience in IT System Administration
• Good Polish & English language skills
• Eligibility to work in Poland

Servers, data storage and backup systems, cloud architecture and services, Windows Servers and Linux knowledge
