Job Responsibilities
Data Collection & Analysis
- Gather, clean, and preprocess maintenance-related data from various sources.
- Identify trends, anomalies, and insights within maintenance data to improve performance.
- Create interactive dashboards and reports to communicate maintenance performance and trends.
- Present findings to leadership and stakeholders to support decision-making.
- Work closely with maintenance teams to refine maintenance strategies and operational processes.
- Identify opportunities for process automation and efficiency improvements.
- Develop models for predictive maintenance to anticipate equipment failures.
- Assist in implementing preventive maintenance measures to reduce downtime and increase asset lifespan.
- Ensure data accuracy and compliance with industry regulations and organizational policies.
- Maintain and enhance data governance practices within maintenance management systems.
- Ensure all maintenance activities adhere to safety protocols and regulatory requirements.
- Gather feedback from stakeholders to enhance collaboration and effectiveness.
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to maintenance activities.
- Job Type: Full-Time, Monday through Friday. May require work outside regular business hours to address urgent priorities.
- Work Environment: In-office position directly supporting improvement and maintenance activities.
- Location: Colorado Springs, CO, or Denver, CO.
- Travel: Some travel throughout the Colorado Front Range Area (Colorado Springs to Denver).
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Engineering, Statistics, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Python, R, SQL, or Excel.
- Experience with maintenance management systems (CMMS, EAM, REMIS, or similar).
- Ability to translate data findings into actionable recommendations.
- Familiarity with predictive maintenance methodologies and asset lifecycle management.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
- Exceptional customer-facing interpersonal skills.
- Experience working in a maintenance, logistics, or operations environment.
- Knowledge of machine learning techniques for predictive maintenance.
- Understanding of reliability engineering principles.
- Experience with business intelligence (BI) tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Extensive knowledge of Department of Defense service activities and operations.
