What You'll Do
- Leverage complex data pipelines to design custom data solutions that ensure accurate and timely delivery of data to internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate proactively with commercial teams and customers to identify opportunities where data can drive high-impact business decisions.
- Partner with technical and commercial teams to deliver custom data products quickly while maintaining high data quality standards.
- Review assigned tasks and project scope using Jira while collaborating with Insight Analysts, Client Services, Sales, and Marketing teams to clarify business requirements.
- Determine the most effective method to extract and analyze data using proprietary platforms, SQL, and other available tools.
- Review teammates' SQL queries and deliverables for accuracy and quality.
- Help train and improve the use of generative AI tools that support data delivery.
- Learn and understand key business metrics and how they help customers make strategic decisions.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience working with SQL, Excel, and Business Intelligence tools such as Looker, Redash, Tableau, or similar.
- Strong ability to organize, analyze, and validate large datasets with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Proven experience collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to improve operational processes while prioritizing customer needs.
- Ability to communicate technical analyses clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Self-motivated professional capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Hands-on experience using AI tools such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or similar.
- Advanced English proficiency (B2–C1).
- Resume must be submitted in English.
- Passion for the digital subscription economy, streaming platforms, or subscription-based business models.
- 2+ years of Python experience building automation, AI solutions, exploratory analysis, or ETL processes.
- Work remotely from anywhere within US business hours.
