We're seeking a Product Operations Analyst II to help shape reporting, dashboarding, and operational analytics for key healthcare technology initiatives. This role offers the opportunity to work with Tableau, SQL, Excel, and Product teams while driving data-informed decisions that enhance user engagement and product success.
This Analyst will have a heavy focus on product reporting, dashboard maintenance, and operational analytics across our client’s physician-facing portal that centralizes multiple company applications and workflows into a single platform. This portal provides physicians with a single sign-on experience and access to clinical communications, patient-related tasks, unsigned orders, invoices, and other practice-management functions. In addition to supporting initiatives with his portal, the Analyst will also support product marketing initiatives.
Physician OneView and Product Marketing initiatives. This Analyst may support the following areas:
- User adoption reporting (who is using OneView and how often)
- Feature rollout analytics (tracking usage of new capabilities)
- Product Marketing metrics (campaign engagement and physician adoption)
- Operational dashboarding in Tableau
- Monitoring workflows such as Secure Messaging utilization and Medical Director billing processes
- Ad hoc reporting and data validation requests from Product Managers
Responsibilities will include the following:
- Build, enhance, and maintain recurring Tableau dashboards and reporting suites for Physician OneView.
- Partner with Product Marketing to create and track user adoption, campaign engagement, and feature rollouts.
- Support the automation of manual reporting processes (such as Secure Messaging utilization and Medical Director billing workflows).
- Execute SQL queries, data validations, and triage ad-hoc analytical requests from product managers.
Required Skills and Expertise:
- 2–4 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or product operations.
- Strong SQL querying skills and hands-on experience developing/publishing Tableau dashboards.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel capabilities; experience with Jira, Confluence, or Target Process.
