Overview

The HRIS Reporting Senior Analyst develops and maintains HR reporting solutions and data analytics to support operational efficiency, compliance, and strategic workforce insights.

How You'll Make An Impact

  • Build and manage HR reports and dashboards using OTBI and BI Publisher
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to gather reporting requirements
  • Support HR reporting across areas such as Payroll, Time, and Benefits
  • Analyze data quality, compliance, and process improvements
  • Test, validate, and troubleshoot reporting results
  • Train users and maintain reporting security
  • Support workforce analytics and KPI dashboard development

About You

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • English level B2+
  • 5+ years of experience building and testing reports in Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI) and BI Publisher
  • Experience with General HR processes and/or HR data
  • Strong experience with reporting tools and Microsoft Excel for data analysis
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word and PowerPoint
  • Experience gathering and documenting requirements
  • Oracle HCM security experience
  • Extensive Oracle HCM process and data experience
  • Technical creativity to identify, analyze, and summarize data to solve problems
  • Strong analytical skills with experience working across diverse data sources
  • Attention to detail and a focus on accuracy, quality, and validation
  • Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving ability
  • Initiative to work independently and execute tasks with limited direction
  • Strong project management and organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills
