Purpose

Support the Land Acquisitions Department in the analysis, execution, and closing of land acquisition opportunities under PTI and third-party towers, rooftops, and other ad-hoc Mergers & Acquisitions opportunities across all international territories. The Land Acquisitions Analyst will prepare and maintain routine and ad-hoc analysis, reporting, presentations, deal models, and acquisition documentation, while contributing to data quality, process improvements, organization, and operational efficiencies.

Functions

  • Coordinate with colleagues within the department and across the organization to collect, review, validate, and organize information required for land acquisition analysis and decision-making.
  • Prepare, maintain, and enhance recurring analysis, reporting, dashboards, and presentation deliverables for the Land Acquisitions Department.
  • Conduct ad hoc analysis and support special projects as directed by the Senior Land Acquisitions Manager, including data reviews, market research, and acquisition opportunity assessments.
  • Review, update, and finalize deal models for acquisitions, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with internal assumptions and requirements.
  • Support the acquisition closing process, including preparing, reviewing, and coordinating settlement statement drafts and related acquisition documentation.
  • Identify opportunities to improve data quality, reporting processes, documentation standards, and operational workflows within the Land Acquisitions function.

Working Conditions And Physical Demands

Position works in a normal office environment. Standing, sitting, and walking required daily. Occasional travel may be required.

Requirements

  • 4-year degree in Business Administration and/or computer science, preferably with a major in Finance, Statistics, Business Analytics or related field
  • 2-4 years of experience in M&A, real estate, financial analysis, data management, analysis, reporting, or a related analytical field
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to identify, investigate, and resolve data or process issues
  • Advanced Excel/Word/PowerPoint Skills. Experience with financial modeling, data visualization, PowerBI, ThinkCell, or similar tools preferred
  • Bilingual English/Spanish. Other language skills a plus
