Lead Analyst

Position Summary

We are seeking a Lead Analyst to support the Business Enablement function of a major ERP transformation program. This role will help execute the change management strategy across multiple deployments, business groups, and stakeholder teams.

The Lead Analyst will assess business impacts, analyze stakeholder and readiness data, track change activities, and help ensure employees and business teams are prepared for successful ERP deployment.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and document changes affecting employees, business processes, and stakeholder groups.
• Track change-impact mitigation actions through completion.
• Coordinate business enablement activities, milestones, and event calendars.
• Collect and analyze change-impact, stakeholder, readiness, and activity data.
• Provide clear reporting and guidance to deployment and program teams.
• Support organizational-readiness assessments, including surveys and focus groups.
• Track deployment communications and align them with the overall program strategy.
• Partner with Change Leads, Deployment Leads, Project Managers, and business stakeholders.
• Review change management work plans and provide regular status updates.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Three or more years of professional experience.
• At least one year of experience supporting a major organizational change initiative.
• Knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong business acumen and ability to manage changing priorities.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
• Experience with reporting and analytics tools such as Power BI or Tableau.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous ERP implementation experience.
• Experience with change-impact or stakeholder analysis.
• Experience supporting organizational-readiness assessments.
• Familiarity with deployment communications and business enablement activities.
