Key Responsibilities

• Collect, maintain and analyse market data across retail and industrial & logistics sectors
• Prepare market reports, presentations and client-ready research material
• Support the delivery of quarterly research publications and forecasting
• Analyse investment transactions and identify emerging market trends
• Partner with Capital Markets and other business lines to gather market intelligence
• Respond to ad hoc research requests from internal and external stakeholders
• Contribute to thought leadership pieces and industry insights
• Continue to improve research systems, databases and processes across the team

• Recently degree qualified in Property or Commerce
• Strong analytical and numerical skills with advanced Excel capability and strong PowerPoint skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to interpret data and present findings clearly and confidently
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Curious about commercial property markets and keen to build your research career
