People Experience Systems, Process & Reporting Consultant

Job Description

As our People Experience Systems, Process & Reporting Consultant, you will play a vital role in optimising and enhancing TPG Telecom’s People Experience technology ecosystem, reporting solutions and business processes. You'll draw on your expertise in HR systems, reporting, analytics and process improvement to deliver technology enhancements, workforce insights and operational efficiencies that improve the employee and leader experience across the organisation.

You'll Make Impact By

• Supporting and enhancing People Experience technology platforms, including Oracle HCM modules such as Recruitment, Talent, Performance, Compensation and Reward.
• Developing and maintaining Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions that provide meaningful workforce insights and support business decision-making.
• Identifying opportunities to automate, simplify and improve People Experience processes through technology, analytics and AI-enabled solutions.
• Partnering with stakeholders across People Experience, Payroll, Technology, Finance, and Operations to deliver system enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Supporting testing, change and release management, documentation, governance and data quality activities to ensure sustainable and scalable outcomes.

What You'll Bring

• Experience in HRIS, workforce systems, reporting, analytics or a related discipline.
• Experience working with Oracle HCM, Oracle Fusion Applications or a similar enterprise HR technology platform.
• Strong Power BI, Power Query and advanced Excel capabilities, including data modelling and reporting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into practical solutions.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement skills with a customer-focused mindset and commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes.

Ideally, You Will Also Have

• Experience supporting technology roadmaps, system enhancements, testing and release activities.
• Exposure to process improvement, automation or continuous improvement initiatives.
• A curious, proactive and solution-focused approach, with a passion for improving employee experiences through technology and data.
