The Opportunity

Join our Pricing Team to support the development of competitive pricing and commercial models for IT services and solutions. You’ll work closely with Sales, Bid, Delivery and Finance teams to deliver financial modelling, pricing analysis and commercial insights that drive profitable growth. You’ll also use digital and AI-enabled tools to improve the efficiency and quality of pricing and commercial analysis.


What You’ll Do

  • Develop and maintain pricing models, templates, rate cards and cost models for proposals, tenders and renewals
  • Analyse deal profitability, margins and commercial risks, and provide clear recommendations
  • Support pricing governance, quality assurance and approval processes
  • Collaborate across teams and contribute to continuous improvement of pricing tools and processes


What You’ll Bring

  • 1-3+ years' experience in pricing, commercial analysis, finance, business analysis, or a related analytical role.
  • Experience developing or supporting financial models, pricing tools, or business case development.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including using VBA
  • Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present findings to stakeholders.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across sales, delivery, finance, and operational teams.
  • Experience using, or demonstrated capability to learn, AI-powered productivity and analytics tools such as Microsoft Copilot, Power BI or similar technologies to improve analysis, reporting, and business outcomes.
  • Exposure to IT Managed Services, Professional Services, or technology-enabled organisations.
  • Understanding of pricing principles, profitability analysis, and commercial risk concepts.
  • Exposure to bid, tender, or proposal support activities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
