We are seeking a highly analytical and motivated Quantitative Analyst / Quantitative Research Analyst to support quantitative research, financial data analysis, statistical modeling, and the development of data-driven strategies. This role is ideal for candidates with strong mathematical, statistical, programming, and analytical skills.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Conduct quantitative research and analyze financial and market data.

• Develop and improve statistical and mathematical models.

• Perform data analysis, forecasting, and quantitative modeling.

• Research market trends, investment strategies, and financial signals.

• Build and test quantitative strategies using historical data.

• Work with large datasets to identify patterns and actionable insights.

• Monitor model performance and recommend improvements.

• Collaborate with research, investment, technology, and risk teams.

• Prepare analytical reports and present research findings.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Finance, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Knowledge of statistics, probability, financial modeling, and quantitative methods.

• Experience with Python, R, SQL, MATLAB, or similar programming tools is an advantage.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with complex datasets.

• Good communication and research skills.

• Previous quantitative research or financial analysis experience is a plus.
