Who You'll Work With
You’ll collaborate directly with the Director on client interactions, presentations, and ongoing communication. This partnership provides opportunities to learn, contribute, and build strong client relationships.

What You'll Do
- Support franchise and corporate accounts by helping maintain strong, service-focused client relationships.
- Assist in presenting insights and analytical findings to corporate client contacts and franchisees in a clear, professional manner.
- Maintain organized documentation, quality checks, and timelines to ensure high accuracy across deliverables.
- Participate in regular client discussions to help ensure alignment on pricing strategies and support the adoption of recommendations.
- Support the Senior Director and Consultants during franchisee meetings, workshops, and conventions as needed.
- Perform quantitative analyses to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Analytics, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field.
- Strong analytical skills with comfort working in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, data cleaning).
- Ability to interpret data and communicate insights clearly.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional and global teams.
- Experience in analytics, financial modeling, or a similar role.
- Familiarity with SQL, Power BI, Python, or other analytical tools.
- Prior client service experience or exposure to franchise or retail environments.
- Knowledge of the restaurant or hospitality industry.
