𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our growing consulting team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys transforming data into meaningful insights and working directly with business stakeholders to support data-driven decision-making.

As a Data Analyst at One51, you will work across a range of client engagements, supporting reporting, dashboard development, data analysis, data quality initiatives, and business intelligence solutions. You will collaborate with consultants, engineers, and client stakeholders to deliver high-quality analytics outcomes.

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀

• Gather, analyse, and interpret business and data requirements from stakeholders.

• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualisations using tools such as Power BI.

• Perform data analysis to identify trends, anomalies, insights, and opportunities.

• Support data quality, validation, and reconciliation activities.

• Work with structured and semi-structured datasets from multiple sources.

• Assist with data modelling and preparation activities for analytics solutions.

• Collaborate with data engineers and consultants to support end-to-end delivery of analytics projects.

• Translate technical findings into clear business insights and recommendations.

• Prepare documentation including business requirements, data definitions, and reporting specifications.

• Support workshops, stakeholder engagement sessions, and user acceptance testing.

• Contribute to continuous improvement of analytics standards, templates, and delivery practices.

𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀 & 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲

𝗘𝘀𝘀𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗮𝗹

• 2+ years’ experience in a Data Analyst, BI Analyst, or Analytics-focused role.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Experience with SQL for querying and analysing data.

• Experience building reports and dashboards using Power BI or similar BI tools.

• Ability to communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Understanding of data modelling and reporting concepts.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.

• Experience working with business stakeholders to gather requirements.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a consulting or project-based environment.

𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗿𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲

• Experience with Microsoft Fabric, Azure, Databricks, Snowflake or cloud data platforms.

• Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and modern analytics architectures.

• Experience with Python, DAX, or Power Query.

• Exposure to Agile delivery methodologies.

• Experience working within consulting or professional services environments.

• Understanding of governance, security, and data quality practices.

𝗣𝗿𝗲𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, or a related discipline.

• Relevant Microsoft or analytics certifications are advantageous.

Base pay

$85,000 - $95,000
