Bilingual Customer Service Rep (French and English)

- Assisting customers with all their inquiries via phone/email/chat (ie. tracing/tracking requests, etc.) - Scheduling & confirming pick up's - Follow up on interline requested pick up's - Co-ordinating with other departments/terminals to ensure customers' requirements are being met - Assisting sales - This is a remote position reporting to the Head Office in Gore Bay - This is a Monday-FridayShift from 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM EST - Must be bilingual (Able to speak and write fluently in both English and French) - Professional writing & phone skills - Ability to problem solve - Ability to work as a team & individually - Excellent communication - Reliable This is a remote position: Candidates can work from home. All training and equipment will be provided, however candidates must provide their own internet.
