Level Description

The Sales Strategy – MIS Analyst is responsible for tracking sales performance, creating MIS reports, and providing data insights to help the sales team improve results and achieve business targets.

Objective

• MIS Reporting
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
• Track performance by region, product, and sales team.
• Ensure all reports are accurate and delivered on time.
• Sales Data Analysis
• Analyze sales data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities.
• Provide insights to improve sales productivity and conversion rates.
• Dashboard Management
• Create and maintain dashboards using Microsoft Excel and Power BI.
• Automate reports wherever possible to save time.
• Sales Performance Tracking
• Monitor lead generation, conversion rates, and policy sales.
• Track performance of sales teams and partners.
• Business Support
• Support leadership with data for planning and decision-making.
• Work with sales, operations, and product teams for reporting needs.

Qualification

• Graduate
• Should have a Minimum of 2+ years of experience in In MIS
