- Lead analytical strategies that transform complex, integrated datasets into actionable insights for precision medicine research and clinical decision support
- Collaborate with clinicians, researchers, and engineering teams to ensure data quality, regulatory alignment, and strategic coherence
- Communicate findings and data narratives clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Apply your expertise to evaluate and improve how AI systems handle healthcare and genomic data — ensuring outputs are accurate, rigorous, and clinically meaningful
- Experienced working with large-scale healthcare, genomic, or life sciences datasets in analytics or data leadership roles
- Strong background in data integration, data governance, and translating complex data into meaningful insights for scientific or clinical audiences
- Skilled at working cross-functionally with clinical, research, and engineering teams in regulated or highly technical environments
- Comfortable navigating the nuances of healthcare data compliance and research ethics
- Detail-oriented, self-directed, and comfortable working independently in an asynchronous environment
- Prior experience with data annotation, data quality assessment, or AI evaluation systems
- Familiarity with EHR systems, genomic databases, or biomedical ontologies
- Background in bioinformatics, computational biology, or clinical informatics
- Experience contributing to precision medicine or translational research initiatives
