Assistant Registrar for Compliance & Data

Mount Mercy University is seeking a detail-oriented professional to support student data integrity, regulatory compliance, and institutional reporting within the Registrar's Office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate enrollment reporting to the National Student Clearinghouse.
  • Collect, validate, and report data for federal, state, and institutional requirements, including IPEDS.
  • Conduct audits of student information systems and resolve data discrepancies.
  • Support compliance initiatives and institutional data tracking.
  • Respond to internal data requests and prepare reports for university stakeholders.
  • Assist with graduation audits, degree verification, and student record maintenance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience with databases, student information systems, or data management.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of higher education regulations, reporting requirements, and data privacy preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.
