Role Description This full-time, on-site role based in Puerto Rico involves supporting Atleos’ self-service financial solutions and ensuring high-quality service delivery. Day-to-day responsibilities may include coordinating with local and global teams, monitoring operational performance, and assisting in the implementation and maintenance of ATM and related systems. The role also includes documenting processes, preparing reports, and communicating with internal stakeholders or customers to resolve issues and improve service outcomes. The individual in this position is expected to follow established procedures, adhere to compliance and security standards, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Technical and operational skills: Ability to learn and work with financial self-service technologies, ATM or POS systems, and basic troubleshooting practices.
- Analytical and organizational skills: Strong attention to detail, capability to interpret data or performance metrics, and effective time management.
- Communication and collaboration skills: Clear written and verbal communication, ability to work in cross-functional teams, and strong customer-service orientation.
- Compliance and security awareness: Understanding of operational procedures, basic knowledge of risk, security, or regulatory considerations in financial services.
- Education and experience: Relevant post-secondary education or equivalent experience in technology, operations, or business; experience in financial services or retail operations is an advantage.
- Additional qualifications: Proficiency in standard office productivity tools, adaptability in a fast-paced environment, and willingness to learn new systems and processes; bilingual language skills (such as English and Spanish) are beneficial in Puerto Rico.
