We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join a high-performing team in Orlando, FL. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates and early-career professionals who want to gain hands-on experience working with data, business processes, regulatory operations, and transaction monitoring.
No prior Transaction Monitoring experience is required — training will be provided!
What You'll Do
- Review, analyze, and validate data across multiple systems and applications.
- Support Retail AML and Transaction Monitoring activities.
- Assist with project planning and execution, including coordinating meetings, tracking requests, and maintaining project deliverables.
- Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders across different locations.
- Review reports and project deliverables for accuracy, completeness, and proper formatting.
- Support activities related to data validation, fraud investigations, controls testing, and regulatory risk.
- Maintain knowledge of established policies, procedures, and operational processes.
- Assist with developing process improvements and identifying opportunities to improve quality and productivity through technology and AI.
- Manage multiple assignments while prioritizing competing deadlines.
- Assist with developing SOPs, training materials, and other process documentation.
- Work closely with senior team members to identify and resolve project or operational issues.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Intermediate proficiency with MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with data accurately.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
- Ability to learn new processes, systems, and business concepts quickly.
