Data Analyst

The Data Analyst will track, report, and analyze business performance across sales, pricing, customer activity, marketing, inventory, and operations. This role will provide actionable insights and reporting to leadership while supporting ad-hoc analytical and operational requests.

PLEASE NOTE: This role is REMOTE for candidates based in Orlando, with monthly travel to Tampa required.

Key Responsibilities

• Track and analyze sales, business trends, marketing activities, and operational performance.
• Analyze customer and inventory data and provide recommendations.
• Develop recurring reports, dashboards, charts, and graphs for leadership.
• Gather and organize data to support business decisions.
• Maintain Excel-based tracking tools, forms, and operational procedures.
• Conduct ongoing menu and product analysis.
• Investigate accounting/data irregularities and assist with resolving technical issues.
• Support ad-hoc reporting, communications, training documents, and day-to-day operational needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Finance, Accounting, Marketing or related field preferred.
• 4+ years of experience in data analysis, business analysis, operations, finance, or a related field.
• Strong Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, data visualization, & experience in Power Bi
