Business Data Intelligence Analyst — Financial Services (In-Office, Full-Time)

We’re looking for a Data Analyst to join our Business Technology team and play a key role in turning complex data into clear, actionable insights. This position is full-time and in-office, working closely with operations, and engineering teams to support decision-making, performance tracking, and risk management.

This is a hands-on analytical role for someone who is strong in MySQL, comfortable working with production data, and enjoys collaborating directly with developers and business stakeholders.

What You’ll Do

• Analyze financial and operational data to support decision-making, performance tracking, and risk management

• Write complex MySQL queries to extract, transform, and validate data

• Build reports, dashboards, and ad-hoc analyses for finance, operations, and leadership

• Partner with software engineers and product teams to understand data models and improve data quality

• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems

• Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities within transactional data

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience as data analyst

• Strong MySQL experience (joins, subqueries, aggregations, performance tuning)

• Ability to work closely with developers and understand application data


• Experience analyzing large datasets and presenting insights clearly

• High attention to detail and strong ownership mindset

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

• Experience with financial data is a plus

Nice to Have

• Fintech, banking, or financial services experience

Experience with BI tools (Tableau or similar)


Interview process will include a phone screen, an in-person interview and a two-part technical interview. Must be within commutable distance to Conshohocken, PA.
