Business Analyst

What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and business intelligence solutions.
• Analyze and validate data from multiple sources to support decision-making.
• Leverage Power BI, SQL, AI, and automation tools to improve processes and reporting capabilities.
• Support financial planning, forecasting, KPI development, and business analysis initiatives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to identify opportunities for improved reporting and operational efficiency.
• Assist with data quality, system enhancements, and continuous improvement projects.

What You'll Bring

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, Business, or a related field.
• Approximately 2+ years of experience in business analytics, reporting, or a related environment.
• Experience with Power BI, SQL, and data analysis tools.
• Experience using AI tools to support analysis, reporting, or process improvement.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
