3anuta Microfinance is looking for a talented and motivated Data Analyst to join our team.

Job Responsibilities

  • Analyze data and prepare regular reports.
  • Track and analyze KPIs and performance indicators.
  • Create interactive dashboards and reports.
  • Ensure data accuracy and quality.
  • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to support decision-making.
  • Collaborate with different departments to provide the required reports and analysis.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Previous experience in Data Analysis is required.
  • Experience in Microfinance Companies is highly preferred.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
  • Good knowledge of Power BI; SQL knowledge is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to handle large datasets.
