Job Overview:
We are currently seeking a skilled Data Analyst to join our team! As a Data Analyst, you will analyze data, generate actionable insights, and support business decision-making within the fintech domain.
Key Responsibilities:
· Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities across fintech products and services.
· Design and execute data analysis projects to support business initiatives and answer key stakeholder questions.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements, define data needs, and deliver analytical solutions.
· Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to uncover insights and monitor fintech-related KPIs.
· Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate business performance effectively.
· Validate data accuracy and perform quality checks to ensure reliable reporting.
· Assist in improving existing reports, dashboards, and analytical processes to increase efficiency and accuracy.
· Support ad hoc analysis and provide recommendations based on data findings.
· Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in data analytics and fintech.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
· 3–5 years of experience in a data analysis role, preferably within the fintech or financial services industry.
· Strong proficiency in SQL for querying and transforming data.
· Experience with Python (or another programming language) for data analysis and automation.
· Experience with BI and visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar.
· Solid understanding of data analysis techniques and basic statistical concepts.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
· Excellent communication skills with the ability to present insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
· Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to Have:
· Experience working with cloud data warehouses such as Redshift, BigQuery, Snowflake, or Athena.
· Familiarity with ETL processes and data modeling concepts.
· Experience working with fintech or digital financial products.
· Basic knowledge of predictive analytics or machine learning concepts.
