What You´ll Do
- Design, develop, and maintain analytical solutions that support business reporting, performance tracking, and data driven decision-making.
- Translate business requirements into scalable data models, reporting layers, dashboards, and actionable analytical outputs.
- Develop and maintain data preparation and transformation logic using SQL, Python, and cloud-based analytics platforms such as Azure Databricks.
- Build and enhance structured datasets and reporting-ready data models to support Power BI dashboards, semantic models, and recurring analytical use cases.
- Ensure data quality, consistency, and reliability through validation, reconciliation, testing, and documentation of business logic.
- Support automation and continuous improvement of reporting processes, data workflows, and recurring analytical activities.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, analysts, and IT/data teams to understand requirements and deliver reliable analytics solutions.
- Support business users with ad hoc analysis, troubleshooting, documentation, and interpretation of analytical insights.
- Contribute to agile delivery by supporting requirement gathering, solution design, testing, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Data Analytics, Business, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, analytics engineering, or related data roles.
- Strong hands-on experience with SQL for data extraction, transformation, and data modeling.
- Practical experience with Power BI / Tableau, including dashboard development, reporting layers, and semantic models.
- Practical experience with Python for data analysis, transformation, automation, or data preparation activities.
- Experience working with structured datasets, reusable analytical data models, data quality checks, validation, and documentation.
- Familiarity with cloud-based analytics platforms such as Azure Databricks, Spark/PySpark, Git, version control, or CI/CD is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving mindset, attention to detail, and ability to translate business needs into scalable analytical solutions.
