Business Analytics Senior Specialist

lead and support the organization's digital transformation initiatives by leveraging Microsoft technologies, AI-powered solutions, advanced analytics, and automation platforms. The role will be responsible for driving adoption of Microsoft Copilot, Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, Power Platform, and modern technologies to improve business processes, enhance decision-making, increase productivity, and accelerate innovation across the organization.

The candidate will serve as a subject matter expert in data analytics, dashboard development, AI enablement, and digital workplace solutions while collaborating with business stakeholders to identify opportunities and deliver impactful digital solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Identify, assess, and implement digital transformation opportunities across business functions.
• Execute digital roadmaps aligned with organizational objectives.
• Drive innovation through the adoption of emerging technologies and AI solutions.
• Support change management and user adoption initiatives.
• Lead the implementation and governance of Microsoft Copilot solutions.

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise dashboards using Microsoft Power BI/ fabric.

• Develop analytical models and visualizations using Microsoft Fabric.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and governance across reporting solutions.
• Design and support modern data architecture using Microsoft Fabric.
• Manage data ingestion, transformation, modeling, and visualization processes.
• Collaborate with IT and business teams to establish scalable data solutions.
• Optimize performance and governance of enterprise data assets.
• Develop automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform.
• Streamline business processes through workflow automation and digital forms.
• Identify efficiency opportunities and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Technology, Data Science, or a related field.
• 6 - 8 years of experience in digital transformation, business intelligence, analytics, or technology solutions.
• Proven experience delivering enterprise dashboarding and reporting solutions.
• Experience with Microsoft cloud technologies and modern data platforms.
• Demonstrated success in leading digital transformation initiatives.
