About this Position Join Henkel’s Data Driven Solutions team and support global supply chain by delivering insights that drive operational excellence and decision-making.
What You´ll Do
- Analyze supply chain data across areas such as demand, inventory, logistics, service levels, and procurement to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
- Translate business requirements into analytical solutions, including data models, reports, dashboards, and actionable insights.
- Develop, enhance, and maintain analytics solutions, including data preparation, transformation logic, reporting layers, and visualizations.
- Ensure data quality through validation, reconciliation, and consistency checks while delivering timely and reliable analytical outputs.
- Support automation and continuous improvement of reporting, data workflows, and recurring analytical processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including planning, logistics, procurement, finance, and IT, to enable data-driven decision-making.
- Support business users with ad hoc analysis, troubleshooting, documentation, and interpretation of analytical insights.
- Contribute to agile delivery by supporting requirement gathering, testing, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, or a related field
- Strong experience in data analysis, supply chain analytics, or business intelligence
- Strong experience with SQL (data extraction & transformation), Power BI / Tableau (dashboarding & visualization), Excel (advanced) and Python (advanced)
- Understanding of supply chain processes (planning, logistics, procurement, or operations)
- Experience working with large datasets and structured data models
- Familiarity with data quality checks and validation processes
