We are searching for…

A motivated and analytical professional who will support the assessment and management of credit risk across retail and corporate customers, contribute to process improvements, and actively participate in shaping innovative credit risk solutions within an international Mercedes-Benz Mobility environment


Task Description

Credit Risk Assessment & Decision Support

  • Perform credit risk analysis and assessment for retail and corporate customers
  • Evaluate financial data and support sound credit decision-making
  • Prepare analyses, recommendations, and presentations for management


Risk Management & Portfolio Monitoring

  • Monitor portfolio performance and identify emerging risk trends
  • Analyze market developments and assess their potential impact on portfolio quality
  • Support the continuous improvement of risk monitoring practices


Process Development & Compliance

  • Support the development and optimization of credit risk processes and underwriting standards
  • Ensure compliance with internal credit policies and regulatory requirements
  • Contribute to the implementation of innovative solutions, digital tools, and process improvements


Collaboration & Project Participation

  • Cooperate closely with Sales, Operations, and Compliance teams
  • Participate in cross-functional projects across the MBFS CEE cluster
  • Contribute to knowledge sharing and best-practice implementation within the organization


Requirements and skills

  • University degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience in leasing business or credit risk management
  • Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
  • Good understanding of financial statements and credit risk principles
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Fluent Hungarian and English
  • Czech and/or Slovak language skills are considered an advantage
  • Prior mentoring or team lead experience is beneficial
  • Curiosity and willingness to learn
  • Ability to work effectively in an international and dynamic environment
