At Nufarm, we're looking for a Digital Growth & CRM Manager who will help us strengthen customer engagement, improve commercial effectiveness and accelerate our digital transformation journey in Hungary.

What You'll Drive

Data & Business Insights

• Transform customer, sales and market data into insights that support business growth.
• Identify opportunities to improve pricing, customer segmentation and commercial effectiveness.
• Build dashboards and reports that help teams make better and faster decisions.
• Challenge existing processes and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

CRM, Digital Marketing & Customer Engagement

• Own and continuously improve our key commercial platforms, including Salesforce, Marketing Cloud and the Nufarm website.
• Drive adoption of Salesforce by supporting users, optimizing processes and tracking key performance indicators.
• Design and execute targeted customer journeys and digital campaigns that strengthen engagement and deliver measurable results.
• Monitor campaign performance and translate insights into actions.
• Collaborate with regional teams to introduce new digital capabilities and best practices.
• Together with external partners, manage website content, SEO visibility and digital performance.
• Ensure a consistent customer and brand experience across all digital touchpoints.

Loyalty Programme

• Shape the future of Nufarm's loyalty programme for growers and advisors.
• Improve programme performance and member experience through data-driven enhancements.
• Manage communication and content for programme members.
• Track programme effectiveness and ROI.

What You'll Bring

• Interest in agriculture, openness and positive attitude towards the environment and farming
• Strong commercial mindset with the ability to connect marketing activity to business results.
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment where priorities evolve and opportunities emerge quickly.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing or marketing technology.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce and CRM-integrated digital platforms.
• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud is highly valued.
• Strong analytical mindset and experience working with KPIs and performance metrics.
• Interest in AI-enabled marketing and emerging technologies.
• Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Fluent English and native Hungarian.
• Curiosity, ownership and a continuous improvement mindset.
