Gedeon Richter is looking for a committed and experienced professional for the position
Global Anti-Fraud Specialist.
Responsibilities:
- Support of anti-fraud framework design and implementation; coordination of certain functions to implement
- Develop anti-fraud awareness raising training materials and conduct tartgeted trainings
- Conducting data analysis with a view to identify fraud risk signals
- red flag validation
- Exercising fraud investigations
- design individual investigation (making scope proposal)
- supporting selection of external investigation service provider
- coordination of external invetigatiors activity
- taking part of on site audits & investigations
- reporting investigation results
- Making proposals for preventive improvement actions
- Building and maintaning fraud case management
- Follow up preventive actions taken
Requirements:
- University degree (Bachelor's or Master's level) in Economics, Law, or Public Administration
- Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience in a control function
- Fluent English
Would be a plus:
- Language Skills: Russian
- Problem-Solving Skills
- Independence/Autonomy
