Senior Python Developer (with PySpark skills)

The Strategic Monitoring solution is designed to deliver the following main capabilities:

- Use an analytical environment and run analytic models for monitoring payments, approval requests, and expense claims retrospectively

- Deliver a quality strategic monitoring system capable of generating alerts for further investigations based on pre-defined scenarios

From January 2026 mandatory office attendance - 3 days per week.

Responsibilities:

 5+ years of experience

 Good skills utilizing Python, PySpark for processing large data volumes

 Good knowledge of working with Databases (e.g., SQL, Oracle, Hive, Impala)

 Relevant experience with Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, and other relevant Python libraries

 Google Cloud Platform (DataProc, AirFlow, Google Cloud Storage)

 Good knowledge of Unix/Linux environments

 Familiarity with Big Data and Hadoop Ecosystem: Spark (Spark SQL, Dataframes, PySpark, HUE, parquet files)

 Awareness about DevOps practices like CI/CD

 Experience using version control systems such as Git

 Hands-on knowledge of Shell Scripting

 Previous production support experience, with a can-do mindset and attitude, and a hands-on mentality

 Ability to analyze business requirements, defects, and propose hot fixes.

 Proficient communication and English language skills (written/verbal)
