We’re looking for a team player with specialized skills, ready to grow and make an impact alongside experts in cybersecurity, network design, architecture, AI & software development, and IT management.

You’ll collaborate with experienced IT (Security) professionals, expand your skills, and enjoy the journey in a team that embraces challenges with energy and enthusiasm.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY

• Help prototype and iterate on GenAI features (summarization, retrieval-augmented assistants, chat-based tools) built on large language models.
• Design, test, and refine prompts, and build evaluation sets to measure output quality, accuracy, and cost.
• Support the development of retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines: chunking, embeddings, vector search, and retrieval tuning.
• Explore and analyze structured and unstructured data (logs, tickets, reports) to support AI feature development.
• Collaborate with engineers to help integrate models into internal tools and client-facing products running on cloud platforms.
• Document experiments, prompts, and findings clearly for both technical and non-technical audiences.

YOUR PROFILE

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field (master’s preferred).
• 1–2 years of experience in data science, machine learning, or AI.
• Working proficiency in Python; comfortable working with SQL.
• Solid grasp of statistics and foundational machine learning concepts (regression, classification, model evaluation).
• Knowledge of how large language models work (tokens, embeddings, context windows) and genuine curiosity about GenAI applications.
• Good knowledge of SQL, NoSQL, OLTP and OLAP.
• ETL techniques.
• Hands-on experience with LLM APIs from any provider - a personal project, hackathon, or coursework building a chatbot, RAG app, or agent.
• Familiarity with vector databases and embeddings.
• Familiarity with version control (Git) and basic software engineering practices.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity or security-related data (logs, alerts, threat intelligence).
• Nice to have exposure to major cloud platforms.
• Nice to have database optimization techniques.
• Good written and spoken English.
• Ability to clearly communicate technical findings to non-technical stakeholders.
• A curious, detail-oriented mindset and comfort with ambiguity.
• Willing to work from Monday to Friday between 10:00 and 19:00 with 1 hour lunch break, in a hybrid system (4 days from our office)
