Controlling / Financial Planning

We are looking for an Controlling / Financial Planning to join an international Finance environment, combining financial planning, controlling, reporting and performance analysis with Business Intelligence and automation.

🔎 What will you do?

• Contribute to financial planning, budgeting and forecasting processes

• Perform detailed variance analysis and identify key drivers behind financial performance

• Monitor and analyse investment portfolio performance and financial indicators

• Prepare management reports and provide insights to support business decisions

• Support financial reporting and closing processes at Group level

• Ensure data quality and consistency across Finance processes

• Contribute to the development of Business Intelligence and automated reporting solutions, including Power BI and AI-based tools

• Identify opportunities to improve and streamline Finance and Controlling processes

• Collaborate with Finance teams and international stakeholders on various analytical and strategic initiatives

🎯 What are we looking for?

• 5–10 years of experience in Controlling / Financial Planning / FP&A / Financial Analysis / Asset Management

• Strong experience in budgeting, forecasting, reporting and variance analysis

• Good understanding of financial performance and investment-related indicators

• Solid knowledge of IFRS; experience with IFRS 9 is a plus

• Advanced Excel skills

• Experience with Power BI / Business Intelligence is a strong advantage

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Interest in automation, data analytics and AI applied to Finance

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Fluent English
