Senior Databricks Developer

We are looking for a Business System Analyst (Data) to join our Risk Data team in a context of transformation and consolidation of data capabilities across the Risk area.

You will play an essential role in:

- delivering data solutions for critical Risk domains

- translating business requirements into scalable solutions such as data platforms, reports, and data sets

Responsibilities:

Responsibilities

- Understand and clarify business requirements across the Risk area

- Translate requirements into functional and non-functional specifications

- Analyze the impact on existing systems, including DWH and upstream/downstream applications

- Define and document:

- source-to-target mapping

- business rules and data transformations

- reporting requirements and KPIs

- Collaborate with:

- Data Engineers, Developers, and QA teams

- Product Owners and business stakeholders

- Actively contribute to:

- identifying data needs

- solution design

- impact analysis for system changes

- testing activities, including UAT and data validation

- post go-live stabilization

- Support:

- data quality initiatives (DQIs)

- data governance and lineage

- definition of data products

Mandatory Skills Description:

- 3+ years of experience as a BSA, Data Analyst, or System Analyst

- Experience with:

- Data Warehouse / Data Pipelines

- Reporting / BI

- SQL (PL-SQL or similar)

- Experience in business and system analysis

- AI user-level knowledge

- Fluent English

Nice-to-Have Skills Description:

- Experience in the Risk domain

- Data modeling
