Business Analyst Option Forecaster (German-Speaking)

The Forecast Team in Bucharest, part of Mercedes-Benz Romania, supports Sales Operations at Mercedes-Benz Cars to ensure the optimal supply of the desired option codes for Mercedes-Benz passenger cars to markets worldwide. Throughout the entire product lifecycle, you will gain in-depth insights into the vehicles of the future. You will work closely with Vehicle Product Management and Purchasing.

Main responsibilities and everyday challenges:

• Participates in the creation of forecasts for take rates of option codes in collaboration with Ordering department, providing input to the purchasing department for commissioning external suppliers;

• Queries with Vehicle Product Management about the status of the offering logic;

• Validates the input data for the forecasts, validates the assessed requirement variants or code rules for technical correctness.

What we expect from you:

• University degree in Business Administration / Economics / Finance / Engineering or related

• Strong automotive knowledge

• Highly proficient in written and spoken German and English

• Analytical skills, organized and structured working mode, with high attention to details

• Proactive attitude, assertiveness and good problem solving skills Together for excellence.
