HR & ESG Reporting & Analytics Specialist

Our client, a global Shared Services Center supporting an international Agricultural Solutions organization, is looking for an HR & ESG Reporting & Analytics Specialist to join a newly evolving corporate function focused on data-driven decision-making, sustainability reporting, and workforce analytics.

This role offers the opportunity to work at the intersection of HR, ESG, Sustainability, Reporting, Analytics, and Corporate Governance, collaborating with international stakeholders and contributing to the development of future reporting frameworks and processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, monitor, and manage HR and ESG reporting activities, ensuring accurate and meaningful workforce and sustainability-related insights.
• Develop and enhance reporting frameworks, KPIs, dashboards, and analytics solutions that support strategic decision-making.
• Partner with cross-functional teams across HR, Finance, ESG, Risk, and other business functions to ensure data consistency and reporting excellence.
• Drive continuous improvement, automation, and standardization initiatives within reporting and analytics processes.
• Support the evolution of a data-driven organization through advanced analytics and modern digital solutions.
• Contribute to shaping future reporting capabilities and the broader HR and ESG reporting landscape.

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, Data Analytics, Sustainability, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience in reporting, analytics, controlling, sustainability, or related corporate functions.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to work with complex datasets.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Experience with SAP, SuccessFactors, HRIS platforms, or reporting tools is an advantage. Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills within an international environment.
