Build the foundation. Shape how data flows.

We are building our Master Data function from scratch, and this is your chance to help shape how operational data works in a growing SaaS company delivering software for built assets.

If you enjoy bringing structure where there is ambiguity, cleaning up messy processes, and turning operational data into something reliable, scalable and compliant, then you might be exactly who we’re looking for.

This is a hands-on role with real impact. Not just maintaining data. Designing how it should work.

What You’ll Do

• Take ownership of existing operational data processes and improve them
• Build and document clear process frameworks (Process Maps, RACI, SOPs)
• Optimize and streamline Lead2Cash (O2C) and P2P related data flows
• Work closely with Finance, Sales and Operations to ensure clean and reliable master data
• Support CRM & ERP improvements from a process and data perspective
• Contribute to large change initiatives by bringing structure and clarity
• Use Excel, PowerQuery, PowerPivot and PowerBI to transform and analyze operational data

What you need to fulfill the role

Must-have

• Experience in process optimization and documentation
• Advanced Excel skills and solid experience with Power Query, PowerPivot and Power BI for data transformation and reporting; experience with additional tools is a plus
• Solid understanding of Lead2Cash and P2P processes, with awareness of Revenue Recognition principles and the impact of master data quality on downstream financial processes and reporting.
• Experience taking over and stabilizing operational processes
• Comfortable working in a fast-changing environment

Nice to have

• Experience in Master Data or Data Governance
• Background in Business Analysis
• Exposure to CRM & ERP system improvement projects
• Experience in a SaaS environment
• Understanding of end-to-end data flows
