RESPONSIBILITIES?

• Creating regular reports and dashboards to communicate sales performance
• Managing complex information from various sources and databases
• Developing methods for assessing large amounts of data
• Creating data visualizations and reports to communicate insights effectively
• Ensuring all processes are designed to protect the integrity and the accuracy of the data
• Providing support to commercial department into monthly, quarterly, annual processes
• Preparing procedures and documentations for all processes

ARE THESE YOUR SECRET INGREDIENTS?

• 3-5 years’ experience as a Sales Analyst
• Advanced Excel skills (functions & formulas)
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word)
• Proactive mindset, solution oriented and effective communication
• Team player who is comfortable with cross-functional collaboration
• Good attitude toward teamwork as well as the ability to work independently
• High level of organization and detail-orientation
• Excellent time management
• Strong analytical skills
• Bachelor's degree
• Advanced level of English
