Are you passionate about data, CRM systems and turning information into actionable business insights?

We are looking for a Customer Data Analyst to join our team and play a key role in supporting commercial success in Romania within the Animal Health business.

In this role, you will work closely with Sales and Marketing teams, ensuring high-quality CRM data, supporting targeting and segmentation processes, and delivering insights that help drive better business decisions.

What you’ll do:

• Act as the main point of contact for Veeva CRM, providing user support and coordinating system updates
• Ensure CRM data is accurate, complete and up to date, including accounts, users and territories
• Coordinate targeting and segmentation processes in line with business guidelines
• Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports and business insights on sales performance and field activities
• Support data-driven decision making through dashboards, data validation and business analysis

What we’re looking for:

• 3+ years of experience in CRM/data management, business analysis or commercial excellence
• Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables and formulas
• Good PowerPoint skills
• Strong analytical mindset and the ability to translate data into meaningful insights
• Experience with Veeva CRM, Power BI, SQL or Power Query is a plus
• Good/very good English communication skills
• A proactive, structured and collaborative approach, with the ability to work effectively in a matrix environment
• University degree in Economics, Business Management or a related field
