Who We Are
At Ikano Bank, we believe work should feel meaningful and inspiring. Together, we create a great place to work where people are inspired to be the best they can be while contributing to a better life for our customers and the long-term success of the Bank. Guided by our Swedish heritage and values: common sense and simplicity, working together and daring to be different, we keep things straightforward and down-to-earth. If you like the idea of being part of a team that works hard, enjoys solving challenges together and dares to do things a little differently, you will feel right at home here.
Working in the Commercial B2C Function means creating and shaping the banking products and services our customers rely on. You’ll drive innovation by developing new solutions, enhancing existing ones, and ensuring they stay competitive, compliant, and profitable. Every day, you’ll make an impact by delivering value to customers, guiding the bank’s growth, and keeping our offerings relevant and attractive in a fast-changing market.
Purpose of the Job This role translates commercial questions – for example where we do we have friction in the customer journey and which channels, campaigns and journeys drive the most value – into measurement that can answer them, and to make sure that measurement is trusted.
The role acts as design authority for our shared reporting layer across GA4, BigQuery, Quantum Metric and Qlik and provides thought leadership on measurement problems no single platform solves on its own – from attribution to cross channel web to app journeys and solutions. You embed the framework into everyday operating reality and ensure our stakeholders make good customer decisions. The role sits as part of the customer insights and analytics team and is a domain lead role with no direct reports. You will work closely with a digital analytics specialist, the customer insights manager and other analysts to support both performance and you will be a key player in how we build a scalable commercial capability.
Responsibilities of the Job - Define and own the digital measurement framework, including KPIs, data layer standards, event taxonomies, and naming conventions. You’ll own the semantic definitions, KPI logic and reconciliation rules that products, platforms and pipelines implement.
- Set and update implementation standards and QA criteria – review implementation quality.
- You’ll inherit the MMP (Mobile measurement partner) direction and will act as a key stakeholder in solution selection, implementation readiness and attribution governance.
- Own standards and evaluation for AI-assisted analytics, including Quantum Metric’s Felix AI and GA4 predictive metrics, setting the bar for accuracy and appropriate use
- Translate business objectives into measurement requirements. Ensure new products and journeys launch measured with tracking, consent and validation built in. Design journey, attribution and marketing measurement solutions for priority projects and follow through to ensure we can implement and track what matters.
- Help shape our tooling roadmap - ensuring our platforms and tools meet our business needs, compliance requirements and align with available resources and budgets
- Design attribution and marketing measurement approaches, ensuring inputs, rules and outputs align with business goals.
- You’ll support the CAI team in synthesizing insights and lead the narrative for digital performance
- Ensure governance, compliance and data quality, including consent behaviour, privacy alignment and event integrity.
- Support the Customer Insight Manager in documenting dependencies, escalations and measurement decisions. Mentor and upskill team members and citizen analysts in digital analytics practice.
Experience/Demonstrated Competencies - Educated to degree level in a quantitative, analytical, technical or digital field such as business analytics, marketing analytics, statistics, Economics or Digital Marketing
- Candidates with a degree in any field who demonstrate applied experience in digital analytics
- 5+ years of experience in digital analytics, preferably in financial services
- Professional certification in GA4, GTM; BigQuery, Google Cloud Data engineer or data practitioner and related analytics and experimentation platforms valued

- Can demonstrate knowledge about testing and experimentation methodology including sample size, experimental set up and result interpretation
- Understanding of CRO processes and frameworks including hypothesis creation, prioritisation models and evaluation loops.
- Proven knowledge around attribution approaches (last touch, data driven, multi channel, multi touch, MMM) and how the inform marketing or product decisions
- Previous experience of web to app measurement flows including deep linking, deferred deep linking and cross environment event tracking
- Knowledge of consent and privacy requirements – including cookie banners, tagging behaviour under consent states and regulatory implicationsconsent states and regulatory implications
