We're looking for a People Data Reporting Specialist, FTC 12mths to drive efficiency, consistency and continuous improvement across our People & Culture function.
Combining expertise in people data, reporting and process improvement, you'll partner with stakeholders to deliver trusted workforce insights, strengthen data governance and improve self-service reporting. You'll identify opportunities, solve problems and implement practical solutions that enhance service delivery, support informed workforce decisions and create simpler, more effective ways of working. This role plays a key part in building scalable reporting, tools and processes that reduce complexity and improve access to information for leaders and employees.
About The Role
Data
- Analyse and interpret workforce data to identify trends, risks and opportunities.
- Support data governance, data integrity and quality assurance activities to improve trust and confidence in workforce information.
- Identify and address data quality issues and recommend improvements to processes, controls and systems.
- Enable leaders and stakeholders to confidently access, understand and use people data.
- Design, develop and deliver people reporting, dashboards and workforce insights.
- Support the development of self-service reporting and workforce information capability.
- Develop and maintain reporting solutions, tools, procedures and documentation.
- Deliver trusted workforce insights that support evidence-based decision-making.
- Review, simplify and improve People & Culture processes to enhance efficiency, consistency and user experience.
- Identify opportunities for automation and smarter ways of working.
- Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives across People & Culture.
- Focused on solving root causes, not just symptoms
- Partner with stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver practical, sustainable solutions.
Your expertise
- Experience in people data, workforce reporting, people analytics or a related discipline.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with reporting and visualisation tools such as Power BI.
- Experience developing reports, dashboards and self-service reporting solutions.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into meaningful insights and recommendations.
- An understanding of data governance, data quality and the importance of trusted workforce information.
- Experience improving processes, systems or reporting capability to deliver better outcomes for users.
- Experience with Chris21 or other HR information systems would be highly regarded, but is not essential.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data integrity and accuracy.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication and relationship-building skills.
- A practical, proactive approach to problem-solving with the ability to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver outcomes in a dynamic environment.
