About Role

One of our clients is looking for an SAP SuccessFactors Reporting Specialist to join their team in Porto. In this role, you will act as a key contact and subject matter expert for SuccessFactors reporting, with a strong focus on Story Reporting. You will work closely with business stakeholders to design and optimize reports and dashboards, support reporting requirements, and help drive the migration from legacy reporting solutions to Story Reporting.

Responsibilities

• Drive the design, development, and optimization of SAP SuccessFactors reporting solutions, with a strong focus on Story Reporting.
• Act as the subject matter expert for SuccessFactors analytics, supporting business stakeholders with reporting and dashboard requirements.
• Design and build meaningful, business-oriented reports, stories, and dashboards across SuccessFactors modules.
• Analyze the existing reporting landscape and develop migration strategies from legacy solutions such as Ad Hoc Reporting, Canvas Reports, Table Reports, and ORD to Story Reporting.
• Provide guidance on reporting best practices, data modeling, permissions, and performance optimization.

Requirements

• 3+ years of proven experience as an SAP SuccessFactors Reporting Specialist, or in a similar role.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Story Reporting and a solid understanding of SAP reporting strategy and roadmap.
• Experience creating complex reports, dashboards, and analytical solutions within SuccessFactors.
• Good knowledge of legacy SuccessFactors reporting tools and architectures.
• Familiarity with HR SuccessFactors processes across Employee Central, Compensation, Learning, Recruiting, Performance, Goal Management, and Succession Planning.
• Understanding of reporting-related topics such as data models, role-based permissions, calculated measures, data governance, and performance optimization.
• Interest in and exposure to modern analytics platforms, ideally SAP Business Data Cloud, SAP Analytics Cloud, or similar technologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to explain complex reporting concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Self-driven and proactive, able to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.
• Fluent English is mandatory; German language skills are considered an advantage.
